Cancellation Policy

At NIKYANSH VENTURES, we understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind after placing an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep the process simple and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Cancellation

We recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible after placing the order.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot normally be cancelled through our system.

If you no longer wish to receive the product, please contact our support team for guidance regarding the applicable return or refusal process.

3. Cancellation & Refund

For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before shipment, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch, no refund is applicable because payment has not yet been collected.

4. Cancellation by NIKYANSH VENTURES

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order, including:

  • Product being unavailable or out of stock
  • Incorrect product or pricing information
  • Technical or system errors
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Delivery not being serviceable to the provided address
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid by you will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

5. Promotional & Special Orders

Orders placed using special promotions, discounts, customized products or limited-time offers may be subject to additional cancellation conditions. Please check the applicable offer or product terms before placing your order.

Important Note

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Cancellation is subject to the order’s current processing and shipping status.
